About the tour
The Channel Islands are scattered between England's south coast and France, and boast some of the most beautiful beaches in the British Isles. We discover the history and scenery of the main islands, Guernsey and Jersey, with local guides, visit the Jersey War Tunnels, and secluded Castle Cornet.
Experience the scenic bays of Jersey, including famous viewpoints that inspired Renoir, and explore Sark's untouched coastline with plenty of time to discover the islands for yourself. These unspoilt isles may be close to mainland Britain, but they feel like they're a world away.

Itinerary
Meeting at Southampton airport, we begin our holiday with an early morning flight to Jersey. The largest of the Channel Islands, Jersey is surrounded by blue waters and fringed with pristine, golden beaches - the island has a long and rich history.
On arrival, we're introduced to some of the highlights of Jersey. Besides seeing some of the stunning bays, we also stop at the iconic La Corbière Lighthouse and visit the Grève de Lecq and Gorey Harbour, with its beautiful pier, where you can soak up views of Mont Orgueil Castle. We take a break during our tour to enjoy Jersey's best-known ritual, an elegant cream tea experience, at a local hotel. Later, we check into our hotel in St Helier, Jersey's capital, moments away from a lovely beach, and dine at our hotel.

Would be 5* but the hotel on Jersey was not up to the standard of the hotel in Guernsey. Overall a very enjoyable 6 days. Tour guide was superb.

This was my first solo holiday and it was wonderful. From meeting Mike our tour guide at Southampton Airport and travelling to Jersey and a few days later Guernsey our group was so well taken care of we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The hotels were lovely food was excellent and the excursions were varied, a tour of the war tunnels on Jersey were very thought provoking and the trip to Sark showed a very different way of life

Great holiday. Loved a Southampton departure: much quieter. A good number of guests, 17 including our excellent tour manager Mike. Hotels were top notch, especially Guernsey. The island tours on arrival were excellent and well narrated by Tony on Jersey and Andy on Guernsey. Loved Sark and our carriage ride. We returned to Guernsey and chatted with Sark’s nurse, Holly…she was lovely and so informative. The War Tunnels were an excellent depot island life under occupation. A memorable holiday. Thank you

Very good trip to both Jersey and Guernsey, with a day in Sark as well. The hotels were good, the one in Jersey was excellent ( Le Rocquettes ) The island tours were very good , also the trip to the War tunnels. Perhaps my only “ complaint “ is there maybe a little too much free time (2.5 days out of the week) , and I feel another trip could have been organised during that time. Mike our tour manager was excellent.

Guernsey and Jersey were beautiful and the itinerary was good. The Tour Manager was excellent. The holiday was badly let down by the choice of The Merton Hotel in Jersey which was in an unappealing part of St. Heliers - away from the town centre and without views. The most disappointing aspect of the hotel was the buffet-style restaurant which was located in a huge barn of a room with no views and hundreds of people being served at the same time. No table service for food was available. The hotel was not suitable for the nature of the holiday. Otherwise, I would have awarded a higher rating.
